Return and exchange policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any tags (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@meyaari.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping charges.
  • Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@meyaari.com so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
  • Gift cards.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds.

If your exchange request is approved and the returned item meets our eligibility requirements, we will exchange it for the same product (if defective) or another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the customer will be required to pay the difference, or store credit may be issued at our discretion for any remaining balance.
